2025 Year in review! Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater 2025 highlights!
What a year it has been for Utah’s prime outdoor concert scene! The Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater brought in the most incredible and uber exciting performers from across the globe! In 2025, the iconic venue has been visited by the biggest artists in the touring scene and the line up pretty much served a plethora of genres. Fans saw the arrival of mega famous country singers, ear shattering metal bands, easy going reggae sensations, raving pop stars, and indie rock bands. Moreover, the venue hosted festivals, cookouts, family events, and tons more! Audiences got to enjoy top rated performers, grabbed some delectable food and drinks from the venue’s delicious concession stands, and enjoy the venue’s number of excellent facilities! MAY
The venue was warming up for the open summer season and what’s better than heating up the joint than featuring a mind blowing performance from HARDY, KOE WETZEL, and STEPHEN WILSON JR.? The Jim Bob World Tour definitely ignited the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater with intensity and the setlists were definitely piping hot. Rain initially poured down but there was no stopping great music and the performers delivered an epic show. It was the perfect opener for the bustling summer concert season.
JUNE
The month of June was definitely heating things up some more. June starteed off with a brilliant nostalgic showcase featuring STYX, KEVIN CRONIN, and DON FELDER. These three classic rock powerhouses delivered a mega outing called the Brotherhood of Rock, a triple headlining extravaganza that served massive titles like “Renegade,” “Heavy Metal,” and the brilliant hits from REO Speedwagon as Cronin performed some sensational covers.
The month also saw the arrival of modern rock sensations, which included MUMFORD AND SONS, GOOD NEIGHBORS, while th I Can’t Hear You World Tour delivered PIERCE THE VEIL, SLEEPING WITH SIRENS, and BEACH WEATHER. Meanwhile, pop comes to serve some smashing hits with the help of multi platinum selling artists HALSEY, who was in town for her My Last Trick Tour.
Lastly, before June ended, the reggae icons came to play at the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater. The Island Holiday Summer Tour featuring STICK FIGURE, Grammy winning singer STEPHEN MARLEY, and THE HIP ABDUCTION. “Last night, that life arrived in waves, vigorously reshaping the empty rows and vacant spaces, into something vibrant and deeply communal. Under the cooling and humid dusk, fans decked out in patchwork bandanas, Rasta flags, and tie-dye shirts filled the air with laughter and the unmistakable smell of herbal incense,” wrote Isaiah Stephens in Tampa based website, Creative Loafing.
JULY
When we tell you that July’s line up was packed, we are not kidding! The month had concerts back to back, some productions didnt have the chance to remove their stage riggins and set ups. After a show, the stage was set and primed for the next one. Boy, did the venue staff had their hands full for July!
First off, the venue came to life on July 1 with the arrival of notorious party queen, KESHA along with her special guests SCISSOR SISTERS. The Tits Out Tour is Kesha’s first outing as an independent artist and this successful run represented her freedom. Fans came in their most incredible looks and party outfits. This was a totally fun showcase with immense energy and great vibes. The following week, the venue welcomed the arrival of metal purveyors. The Summer of Loud Festival delivered a neck breaking extravaganza featuring ear shattering performances from KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, PARKWAY DRIVE, I PREVAIL, BEARTOOTH, THE AMITY AFFLICTION, and DEVIL WEARS PRADA.
On July 12, legendary alternative band INCUBUS delivered a totally unique showcase. The band celebrated their music from the iconic album Morning View plus some other hits with the accompaniment of the MANCHESTER ORCHESTRA. The show was deemed a massive success and Incubus delivered a slew of amazing crowd pleasers like “Drive,” “Pardon Me,” “Anna Molly,” and tons more. It was a fantastic night of nostalgia and outstanding musicianship. This performance was an absolute must see.
Speaking of legendary alternative bands, COLLECTIVE SOUL and LIVE, along with their special guest OUR LADY PEACE came to play for the Summer Unity Tour. The showcase was a massive throwback spectacle with beloved 90s grunge rock and alternative smashers like “Lightning Crashes,” “Selling the Drama,” “Shine,” “The World I Know,” and tons more.
The month also welcomed a slew of mega country stars. The High and Alive Tour featuring KEITH URBAN, CHASE MATTHEWS, ALANA SPRINGS sent the crowd into a non stop singing frenzy. Meanwhile, The Full Throttle Tour raised adrenaline with a staggering showdown from JASON ALDEAN, NATE SMITH, and RAELYNN. Lastly, DIERK BENTLEY’s Broken Branches Tour brought in one heck of a good time as Bentley and company delivered nothing but epic hits with a massive producton.
“I was happy to see that the food, drink, snack, merch areas are large and plentiful. Getting snacks and stuff was cake, and I didn’t have to miss any of the show. I was also grateful that the show started exactly on time.”
AUGUST
August was even more awesome than July! The month opened with a two night rager from Grammy nominated soul singer HOZIER, famous for his smashing hit, “Take Me to Church.” The Unreal Unearth Tour. The Township Times review wrote, “It felt incredible to be part of such a like-minded and passionate community, to witness one of my favorite artists give the most incredible performance I’ve ever seen and to experience it all with my loved ones. So, all of this to say…”
A week later, the venue welcomed top artistry as RUSS, BIG SEAN, and SABRINA CLAUDIO came to conquer the stage with the Into the Wild Tour. The hip-hop bonanza definitely busted out some bangers. Russ featured songs, “April 7,” “Pent Up in a Penthouse,” and “Crazy,” all from his latest album W!LD.
Another show that was impossible to ignore was the ground shaking metal rager from Pantera. The band made a mindblowing reunion with original members Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown with Zakk Wlyde and Charlie Benante filling in for the late Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul. It was indeed the Heavy Tour of the Summer as the show also featured Amon Amarth as special guest.
Another raging gig featuring the epic Grey Day Tour from the Suicideboys also came to break some bones. The show featured a number shock rap sensations including the Suicideboys and their openers like Bones, Night Lovell, Germ, Chetta, and Joeyy, From heavy metal to classic rock heavy weights. The The Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater had no shortage of massive performers. TOTO, CHRISTOPHER CROSS, and MEN AT WORK delivered the most epic rock and roll showdown of the month. Timeless hits like “Africa,” “Rosana,” and “I’ll Be Over You,” sent the crowd back decades into the past and every soul that night was totally satisfied.
“Our experience was great from beginning to end. Tami at the top was super helpful and nice in answering the many questions we all had. John B at the rail was amazing, so nice and made sure everyone was safe handing out waters and ear plugs to anyone in Need. You have an amazing staff and it was one of the most organized experiences that we have had at any venue!”
SEPTEMBER
Another nostalgic performance turned up the energy with more timeless titles on September 5. BILLY IDOL and JOAN JETT AND THE BLACK HEARTS brought in a terrific 80s party with the It’s A Nice Day to Tour Again Tour. The incredible spectacle brought in fans young and old. The very next day, the venue delivered more nostalgia with THE OFFSPRING’s Supercharged Worldwide Tour. The show featured 2000s pop punk bands like JIMMY EAT WORLD and NEW FOUND GLORY.
If you think the venue was done with timeless music, better guess again. Pop rock powerhouse JONAS BROTHERS delivered their own throwback concert with pop punk bands Boys LIKE GIRLS and SIMPLE PLAN. The show was also opened by the youngest Jonas brother, FRANKLIN JONAS who delivered his Americana music tunes with his band THE BYZANTINES.
Lastly, 2000s rock just won’t quit this month as BREAKING BENJAMIN and THREE DAYS GRACE closed the month with their staggering co headlining tour. It was an iconic moment for hard rock fans from far and wide as many traveled to Tampa for a chance to witness this mega rock and roll showcase.
OCTOBER
As the summer concert season came to a close, the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater was visited by legendary metal bands Judas Priest and Alice Cooper. The Shield of Pain Tour brought in a head bang worthy bonanza and every fan that night had their horns up.

The year 2025 saw a lot of happy fans who had the best experience atthe Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater. “We saw Kesha and Scissor Sisters recently, and while the show was fantastic, the real MVP of the night was The Backyard–an upgraded experience at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre that’s totally worth it,” wrote Kimo K. from Salt Lake City.
Meanwhile, Matt from West Jordan, Utah also had a great time seeing his favorite band, “I was happy to see that the food, drink, snack, merch areas are large and plentiful. Each time for me has been great. Out of mayb 15 different times, I have only had to wait in line once because I had arrived early.”
Lastly, Ashley from Arizona was totally ecstatic with the great service she experienced here, “Our experience was great from beginning to end. Tami at the top was super helpful and nice in answering the many questions we all had.
