Train will be hitting the road with one of their biggest tours in years! In 2026, the band will be celebrating the "Drops of Jupiter 25 Years in the Atmosphere" anniversary. This is one of Train's all time hits and it's the perfect excuse to come to the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre on August 19th to celebrate this milestone.
The band's bringing along some pretty good company for this performance. Matt Nathanson is likely going to be the first man on stage. He's the proud owner of 2007's "Come On Get Higher." Most of the songs on his setlist are of the highly emotional variety.
Then it will be the Barenaked Ladies' turn to bring their beats to the masses. Younger audiences might know them best for the Big Bang Theory theme song, but they made some interesting rock tracks in the 2000s. These guys might be the most upbeat performers to take the stage here in Salt Lake City.
Right now, you can find tickets for as low as $46. Be sure to click the "Buy Tickets" link as soon as possible.
When you first read that Drops of Jupiter is turning 25, you may have had that gulp moment! Yes, time seems to be flying by, but let's look at the bright side. Now it seems like every single year around summertime, one of these iconic 2000s bands is celebrating some type of anniversary. They're hitting the road with a nostalgia-fueled music fest type of atmosphere. That's exactly what we're getting from Train. You won't want to miss this performance at the First Credit Union Amphitheatre.
We got three bands, all with some ties to 2000s music, taking the stage. As mentioned, the Barenaked Ladies might be the most upbeat of the three. From there, it's going to be a highly emotional affair all the way through! However, Train doesn't necessarily have a massive music library full of hits. That means that they can really share time on stage with some of the other performers in sets that are almost equal in length. That's going to help create that music fest type of atmosphere. It's 2000s rock with some of the bands that were able to produce hits that still give you goosebumps to this day. By the end of the night, you might realize you went on a more intense emotional roller coaster than you thought you signed up for!
What type of experience are you looking to have at this concert? That might be the most honest question that you could ask yourself before trying to find tickets. There are plenty of good spots inside this venue! That's the good news, but you may feel awkward toward the front if you really just want to chill with friends out on the lawn. In a sense, you'd be paying more for an experience that you're not as thrilled about! That's why you really do need to ask yourself this question about the vibe that you're hoping for.
Regardless of the vibes and the experience that you're looking to have, you're going to be better off if you're quick about getting your tickets. Hit that "Buy Tickets" link now.
