The band from Omaha, Nebrask emerged in the late 80s and has led a great successful career as touring and recording artists. The band, considered as a trailblazer in the 90s alternative and reggae rock scene, is best known for ther 1995 self titled effort, which went triple platinum in the US. 311 has been relentlessly touring since dropping their debut album Music in 1993. Today, 311 continue to perform impressively on the chart each time they drop a release and they continue to pull in a loyal and niche following that shows up everytime they go on stage.
Southern California phenoms Dirty Heads have been releasing their music independently since 2006. But despite having no major label backing, the band had performed impressively on the Mainstream chart, even topping Billboard’s Top Alternative Albums with their 2014 effort, Sound of Change. Dirty Heads had been known for touring extensively and delivering incredibly energetic live shows.
